Breathe: Eucalyptus + Menthol Uplift: Tangerine + Lemon + Orange + Menthol Calm: Ylang Ylang + Lavendar + Bergamot Shower steamers are individually wrapped and each piece weights 2 oz (57 g). Suggested usage: Place one tablet on the shower floor and activate with water. For best experience, place the table in the corner closest to the water stream (but not directly under the stream). Enjoy as the steamer gently fizzes away and essential oils are released! Caution: Shower Steamers are not to be used as a bath bomb due to the high concentration of essential oils.
